What is Walton Standards?

Walton Standards is a clothing brand built on complete transparency and thoughtfulness. Our philosophy revolves around the consumer and particularly the price point, as opposed to the 'maximisation of value' that so many businesses are focused on today. We work directly with our manufacturing partners to remove unnecessary markups and deliver high-quality garments at honest prices.

What does “Standards” mean?

It reflects our commitment to setting higher standards in the fashion industry. We hope that, one day, all distributors operate as we do.

Why are your prices lower than similar brands?

We cut out unnecessary intermediaries and corporate overheads. The savings are passed directly to our customers, not absorbed into our own bottom lines.

What's the catch?

There are a couple of catches. First of all, because of the nature of our business, stock is very low- we're often out. Many parties are very competitive about our most desirable pieces, and often they're very hard to get. Secondly, as the pieces are shipped straight from the factories, which are more often than not abroad, shipping can take much longer than the market average (up to one month).

Do you mark up your products? 

Yes, but responsibly. Every business needs to operate sustainably. Our margins are modest and transparent compared to industry norms (10-30% compared to the industry average of 250%).
